"I was with Liberty Mutual using their registered agents and not pleased with the premium increases over the past 10 years. In fact the one claim we had with them, which was an auto claim, was a horrible experience. The claims adjuster was not helpful and fact falsely reported that the minor damage was major as as a result the carfax report affecting the resale value of the vehicle. I have a friend who uses Berger and ONeal for their insurance and Michael Berger and his staff looked at my policies and recommended new carriers that in total saved me at least $8000 in this first year. It was the best insurance move I have ever made."
