You can cancel your TD Insurance policy at any time, and we'll refund any remaining premium amount as soon as possible. Here's how to cancel your policy:

Submit your request through MyInsurance

Log in to MyInsurance.
Select the 'Contact Us' section at the top of the page, or the 'Send a secure message' link at the very bottom of the page.
Select 'Cancellation' from the topic dropdown menu and follow the steps to submit your request.

Submit your request via standard letter mail

You'll find a cancellation form inside your policy documents, as well as in 'Document Centre' in MyInsurance. Once you've filled out the form, you can send your cancellation request via standard letter mail to the address of our supporting office that's listed in your policy documents.

Before cancelling your policy, you may want to view other coverages and deductible amounts that may best suit you. You can review them in the TD Insurance mobile app; by logging in to MyInsurance or by calling us at 1-877-777-7136 to speak with an advisor. This way we can help ensure you're not left accidently uncovered.
